These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdbk platform and all its services. bdbk is a secure and reliable online gaming platform that provides live casino, sports betting, and slot games for users in Bangladesh.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

4.5 Same Source Rule

Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless a different method has been specifically approved under special circumstances. This is required to prevent money laundering.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed once only.

5.3 VIP Program

• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.4 Promotion Changes

bdbk reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. The terms of specific promotions can be found on the relevant offer page.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

bdbk uses products from accredited third-party game providers. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is verified by independent auditors.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and event. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game, bdbk will endeavor to provide a fair resolution. The final state of the game will be determined based on server logs.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting is available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other international and domestic matches. In the event of a match cancellation or abandonment, bet settlement will follow bdbk's policy.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Hacking, malware, or use of unauthorized software
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Providing false or misleading information on the platform
• Harassing other users
• Match-fixing or activities related to fixing games

bdbk always strives to provide reliable service. However, bdbk is not liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection
• Technical issues with the user's device
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
• Service interruptions due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances

bdbk's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction concerned.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any ongoing bonus conditions may need to be fulfilled before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure at bdbk's Initiative

bdbk may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Providing false information
• By order of legal authorities

9.3 Balance Settlement

If an account is closed for reasons other than a policy violation, any valid balance will be returned. In the case of a policy violation, bdbk reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
